Mevea Seminar 2019

Implementing Digital Twins in Practice

The 6th annual Mevea Seminar was held at Scandic Helsinki Aviacongress on October 3, 2019.

How are companies implementing Digital Twins in practice?
What are the business benefits of Digital Twin technology across the product lifecycle?
Why is Digital Twin technology important to drive innovation?

For the past few years, Digital Twin has been steadily climbing the Gartner Hype Cycle of Emerging Technologies and has now reached the Peak of Inflated Expectations. There is a lot of conversation around the topic of Digital Twin, but we have seen also an increasing hype around it.

How do you achieve the promise of Digital Twins while at the same time safeguarding the investments made in people, technology and processes?

This year’s Mevea Seminar is dedicated to showing concrete applications of Digital Twin Technology as many businesses and industries are already taking advantage of the technology.

Companies will illustrate practical examples and benefits of using Digital Twin throughout the product lifecycle for supporting product development, sales/marketing, training, and operations optimization by combining field data with the physics of Digital Twin.

By attending the seminar, you will acquire a better understanding concerning how Digital Twin helps companies when it comes to faster develop their products, achieving better outcomes or create new business models.

On October 3rd we will be joined by world-class innovative companies in their respective industries who have realized the potential of Digital Twins and have already successfully implemented them in their processes.

Why should you attend?

  • Learn how Digital Twin technology can help your business drive innovation across the product lifecycle
  • Experience Digital Twins first hand in the seminar exhibition
  • Network with leading experts from various industries
