As TOC Europe 2025 came to an end at the Ahoy Convention Centre in Rotterdam last week, we are pleased to reflect on what proved to be another successful event for Mevea.

This year, we were proud to showcase not only our high-performance cargo handling equipment training simulators, but also, in addition, several key innovations in our training software—developments that attracted strong interest from visitors throughout the exhibition.

New Capabilities That Made an Impact

Among the most discussed additions were Mevea’s new Extensive Training Reporting System and the Instructor Tablet. These features drew attention for their versatility in bringing more insight, flexibility, and efficiency to training operations. Visitors—ranging from instructors to terminal managers—appreciated how these tools allow for better informed decisions and more accessible supervision across training environments.

These innovations reflect Mevea’s continued commitment to practical improvements that meet the day-to-day needs of training centres and port equipment operators.

A Strong Presence Together with Siemens

This year, we were also glad to be positioned alongside with one of our strategic partners, Siemens. The proximity of our stands cultivated continued discussion about the future of remote crane operation training and the integration of advanced training tools.

During the exhibition, we had the chance to conduct a short interview with the Head of Siemens Cranes’, Dr. Christian Koegl, highlighting the strength of our ongoing collaboration and shared vision for delivering a scalable solution to customers around the world, in an increasingly digitalized port environment.

Now back at Mevea headquarters, we’re focusing on the next phase: delivering advanced training simulators to customers around the world. The feedback received in Rotterdam has once again provided us with valuable insights, as we continue to respond to the evolving requirements of the industry.
