Now that the dust has settled, it is a good time to pull some thoughts together from INTERMAT 2018. One of the biggest exhibitions in the field of construction and infrastructure, INTERMAT, was once again held in Paris, April 23-28. This year we were sharing a stand together with Danfoss Mobile Electrification and demonstrating how the benefits of hybridization through their solutions can be analyzed and validated with the Digital Twin.
With 183 000 visitors and 1 500 exhibitors, you could really feel the energy and excitement in the air! We received loads of guests at our stand, and the excavator Digital Twin demo gained great attention. Not only were people eager to try out the simulator, but they were also interested in the opportunities Digital Twins could offer in various functions (in case you’ve missed it, here is a good information pack on Digital Twins).
Overall, the exhibition was a great success for Mevea. A big thank you to everyone who visited us! Hopefully, there was something of interest for all of you. We’re already curious to see what Bauma has to offer next year!
